What a wonderful idea! Finding time to spend blogging is always a challenge while keeping the weight under control and eating more healthy foods is as well. So why not blog instead of eating lunch! Perfect answer to two basic daily needs. Or if you MUST then prepare a green smoothie and drink it while blogging. My favorite is lots of spinach, an apple — seeds and all – half a hot house cucumber and a couple of dates! Put all into the blender and whip it up into a really tasty drink – then sip along as you write your daily blog. This idea could not make me more happy! Enjoy satisfying lunches from now on. Blogging is the new lunch!
